Non registered guests visiting registered guests will be subject to a $20.00 fee per person

for the day, and must check in with office upon arrival.

WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY RESORT!!!

​

We do charge a housekeeping fee of $50 for a weeks stay  or $10 a day for pets for non  weekly rentals.

  Your pets must be well behaved and supervised at all times, as there may be other guests whom will have their 

   dogs too. Please make sure you bring a leash  for your dog.

 Dogs are NOT to be left unattended  inside or outside at any time. They must remain with you

 Please bring your dog beds /blankets with you as we  request that  Dogs are NOT to go on the beds. 

You must clean up after your dog if he/she poops on property. No one wants to step in it .

   ****IF YOUR PET SHOWS AGGRESIVE TENDENCIES TOWARDS OTHER ANIMALS OR OTHER COTTAGE GUESTS, WE ASK THAT KEEP YOUR PET INSIDE OR LEASHED AT ALL TIMES AS YOUR PET IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY OR YOU WILL ALSO BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATLEY WITH NO REFUND****

ACCOMMODATION INFO:

• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. { We can work with you if you need to come in earlier or leave later}

• 7-day stays, run from Saturday to Saturday during our Peek times, (June15th -Sept 15th).

• Off peek times we can accommodate other requested dates.

• Initial supply of linens, bedding and towels are included for all guests. We ask for you not to bring yours.

• All beds & pillows have protectors. All beds, pillows, bedding, linens and towels are new!!

RESERVATION INFO:

​

• A credit card number is required for all reservations. Special arrangements can be made for any guests not having a credit card.

• A reservation deposit is required for all  bookings of each cottage rented.

• For weekly bookings this deposit is set at a minimum of$350.00 /cottage/week. 5 bedroom cottages are $500 deposit.

• Shorter stays a reservation deposit  of $150.00 is  required.

• You must provide an Eight week notice, 60 Days in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. 

• Deposits will not be refunded for no shows, early departures or short cancellations within the 30 day period. 

• BALANCE IS DUE UPON CHECK IN , WITH BOAT RENTALS NO LATER THEN FRIDAY EVENING.
